F14 on a Dacor ER30D, ER36D or ER48D range tells you the power board is defective. It is a specific code from the older range series, listed in the control panel error section of the technical manual.
Replace the power board. That is a technician repair, and the code does not ask anything of the owner except to check the usual basics first: main power switch on and control panel unlocked.
F15 is also a defective power board. F13 is a control panel failure with the same listed remedy, and F10 can also end in a power board replacement.
