Contact Us
Request Dacor appliance repair and include the model number, symptom, displayed code, onset, and checks completed for better service preparation.
Contact & business details
Use the details below or send the repair request form.
A useful service request contains enough information to identify the appliance and reproduce the fault without requiring the homeowner to disassemble anything.
Information to send
Service location: city or ZIP code.
Appliance type: refrigerator, freezer, wine or beverage refrigeration, dishwasher, range, oven, wall oven, cooktop or rangetop, microwave, ice maker, ventilation, or warming drawer.
Complete model number: copy the entire rating-label string including suffixes.
Serial number: useful when available.
Exact symptom: describe what should happen and what happens instead.
Error code: preserve every character exactly as displayed.
Timing: note the cycle stage or operating condition when the fault appears.
Recent changes: power outage, appliance movement, plumbing, filter change, remodel, or previous repair.
Access details
For condos, gated properties, high-rises, hillside homes, or integrated appliances, share details that affect normal access. Clear ordinary items around the appliance, but do not remove cabinetry or pull heavy built-in units out simply to prepare.
Photos and video
A clear photo of the model/serial label and error display can prevent transcription mistakes. Short photos or video of intermittent leakage, frost, noise, or control behavior can preserve evidence that may disappear before the visit.
Safety before the appointment
For active water leaks, shut off the relevant water supply when it can be done safely. For smoke, electrical arcing, gas odor, uncontrolled heating, or repeated breaker trips, stop using the appliance.
Protect refrigerated food if cabinet temperatures are rising. Do not continue resetting a warming refrigerator simply to clear an alarm.
Submitting a request is for diagnosis and repair scheduling. Use Dacor manufacturer support for factory warranty or recall questions that belong there.

Answers before you ask

Yes. We provide an upfront estimate after diagnosis. No parts are ordered or installed until you approve the work, so there are no surprise charges.
Replacement parts are selected for the exact model and confirmed with you before ordering or installation.
