Specialized Dacor Appliance Repair in Los Angeles and Orange County

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Dacor Appliance Repair Los Angeles (“we,” “us”) handles information when you visit this website, send a repair request, or email us. We serve homes in Los Angeles, California. We do not publish a street address on this site.

Questions about this policy go to [email protected] or (310) 742-1907. Hours are Mon–Sat 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, Sunday Closed. We do not publish a second phone number or a street address.

Information you give us

The Request Service form on this site asks for:

  • full name
  • phone number
  • email address
  • appliance type
  • ZIP code
  • model number, if you have it
  • preferred service date, if you choose one
  • a short description of the problem, including any error code you see
  • your agreement that we may contact you about the request

The form does not accept photo uploads. If you email photos of the appliance to [email protected], we treat those files as part of the same service request.

Please do not put payment-card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information in the form or in an email unless we specifically ask for something needed to complete the job.

How we use a request

When you submit the form, we email the details to [email protected] so we can confirm whether we cover your area, ask a follow-up question, and schedule a visit. We use the information to:

  • answer your message
  • prepare for the appointment
  • check that the ZIP code is in our service area
  • understand the appliance, model, and symptom before we arrive
  • keep the site secure and stop spam or abuse
  • meet legal obligations if they apply

Sending a request is not a charge and does not book a guaranteed time slot. We confirm the appointment before any visit.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and WordPress setup may record basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps. We use that information to keep the site running, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse.

We do not currently run a separate advertising pixel on this site. If we later add a standard analytics tool, we will use it to understand traffic and fix problems, and we will update this page.

Cookies and localStorage

This site shows a cookie notice. Your choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage under the key rf_cookie_consent. That value is:

  • accepted if you choose Accept
  • essential if you choose Essential only

Essential cookies and similar storage keep the site secure (including the repair-request form) and remember this preference. We do not sell your data.

Choosing Essential only still allows those security and preference items, because the site and the form cannot work without them. It does not turn on extra marketing trackers.

WordPress may also set essential cookies needed to run the site — for example, to confirm that your browser accepts cookies, or to keep an administrator logged in. Visitors who are not logged in do not get an account cookie from us.

You can clear localStorage and cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the cookie notice may appear again on your next visit.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We share a request only as needed to handle the job: our hosting and email providers, and, if we later use a booking or payment tool, that provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect people and the business from fraud or harm.

How long we keep information

We keep service-request emails and related notes for as long as we need them to schedule work, answer questions, handle a dispute, or meet recordkeeping rules. We do not keep a public customer database on this website.

California privacy rights

If you live in California, you may have rights under California privacy law, depending on the type of information and whether those laws apply to this business. That can include asking what we have, asking us to correct it, or asking us to delete it where the law allows.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm that the request is coming from you before we act on it.

Links to other sites

Pages on this site may link to manufacturer manuals, maps, or other outside websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

Children

This website is for household appliance service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is completely risk-free.

Changes

We may update this page when the site, our tools, or the law changes. The effective date at the top will change when we publish a material update.
