This page explains how Dacor Appliance Repair Los Angeles handles appointment changes, refunds, and parts returns. The exact terms for your job are the ones on the booking confirmation, estimate, invoice, or receipt you received.
We do not post a blanket cancellation fee, a universal deposit rule, or a warranty length on this website. If something was not disclosed for your visit, this page does not invent it.
Questions or a refund review: [email protected] or (310) 742-1907. Hours are Mon–Sat 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, Sunday Closed. We do not list a street address here.
Canceling or moving an appointment
Email us as soon as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. Use [email protected] or call (310) 742-1907.
A cancellation or reschedule charge applies only when that charge was actually disclosed for that appointment and the law allows it. This site does not create a fee for every booking.
Diagnostic and service-call charges
If a trip, inspection, or diagnostic charge was explained before the visit and the visit happened, that charge is usually not refunded after we have been to the home.
If that charge is credited toward approved repair work, the credit follows the estimate or invoice for that job.
Work you already approved
Labor that has already been performed is not a product you can return to a shelf. If something about completed work does not look right, contact us promptly with the service date, the appliance, the invoice or work-order number, and a short description of the problem.
A reinspection, adjustment, refund, or any labor coverage we offered depends on the written terms for that visit and on applicable law. We do not advertise a standard warranty period on this page.
Parts
Many parts are ordered for a specific model. Whether a part can be returned depends on:
- whether it was a special order
- whether it was installed
- whether the box was opened
- whether it is electrical, electronic, gas, refrigeration, or another restricted category
- the supplier’s return rules and any restocking charge they actually charge
- shipping cost
- whether the part is unused and in returnable condition
Do not assume every ordered part can go back. If a part is installed or the supplier will not take it back, a refund may not be available unless your transaction terms or the law require one.
Deposits
A deposit is refundable, partly refundable, or not refundable only as explained before you paid and as the law requires. This policy does not make every deposit non-refundable.
If a deposit was taken for a special-order part and you cancel after the order is placed, the supplier’s rules and costs already incurred can affect what we can return.
Wrong, damaged, or defective parts
If a part we supplied is the wrong one, arrives damaged, or is defective, email us right away. Keep the part and the packaging until we tell you what to do with them.
The fix may be a replacement, a supplier return, an adjustment on the invoice, or a refund, depending on the part, whether it was installed, and consumer law that applies.
How long a refund takes
When we approve a refund, the time it takes to show up depends on the payment method and the bank. An approved refund is not always visible on the same day.
Charge questions
If a line on the bill does not look right, email us first so we can check the invoice, the notes from the visit, and the parts. That request does not take away any right you have to dispute a charge.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits rights or remedies you cannot legally waive under California or federal consumer-protection law.
How to ask for a review
Email [email protected] and include what you have of the following:
- your name
- service city or ZIP code
- phone number we can reach
- appointment or service date
- appliance type and model
- invoice, receipt, or work-order number
- what you are asking us to cancel, return, or refund
- photos of the appliance or the part, if they help
We review the request against the terms of that job, the work that was done, the parts, the supplier rules, and the law.
